Refund policy

You may exercise your right to withdraw as long as no service has been provided on the date of the request to withdraw from the contract.

To do so, you will have to contact gestion@dlcirugiaoral.com indicating your personal details in order to initiate the refund.
The refund will be made to the same bank account that issued the payment.

Any digital guide service that has already been initiated cannot be refunded.
